On March 14 the "No-Name" Quartet performed by invitation for the Hearts, a Sweet Adelines Chorus, and our sister organization. The Ladies were preparing for their district contest and scheduled this performance as a dress rehearsal. The quarter sang "Sweet and Lovely" and "Shine On Me" and was well received.
We were in concert with the music departments of the Simonsen Junior High School and the Jefferson City Senior High School at the 14th Annual Festival of Choirs on Sunday, March 6, 2005. The concert was held in the Fleming Field House. We joined voices with the junior and senior high school boys to sing "Sweet and Lovely" and "Are You Lonesome Tonight?" It was a great time and we enjoyed having about 65 male voices on stage.
